HWASHI Customized 380V Double Station Circular Seam Welding Machine and Leakage Proof Test

1. Power Source 2: Adopt medium frequency inverter welding source. Single power source is 250KVA. Duty cycle rate reaches 50%. The three-phase power supply is under rectifying through a special inverter and converted to1000Hz AC voltage and then be transmitted to a medium frequency transformer to be rectified so as to provide DC welding current. Compare with general AC pulse power supply, this kind of power source could be fast and precisely adjusted. Small impact to the power grid and lower requirement for the power grid compare with the single-phase welder of the same capacity.

2. Welding Wheel Driving System: design to use three-phase motor with transmission device to drive the upper wheel. The upper and lower welding wheel pressing device friction will drive the welding work piece to rotate. The rotating speed can be step less adjusted via frequency converter.

3. Electric Conduction System: Adopt the traditional silver tile conduction device. Large transmission friction and contact resistance. Weak conductivity and high maintenance cost. The conduction device adopts the Germany technology. Use the mercury as the conducting medium and special air locking as the connection for transmission shaft and base. Good transmission performance and conductivity. Effectively prevent the tedious maintenance of transmission methods. Welding wheel adopts the alloy copper product from Japan which is of high rigidity and good conductivity.

4. Welding Electrode: It adopts embedded electrode with superior conductive performance red copper on electric conduction position. It adopts high hardness Beryllium copper cobalt for the welding electrode. Welding wheel diameter can be designed according to welding position ranging from 200mm to 250mm.

Features of The Seam Welding Machine

1. seam welding machine use the roller electrode to replace the cylindrical electrode of spot welding.

Answer: firstly, our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem via online guidance. if any parts damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement free of charge. If you can not fix he problem by replacement of the new parts, we will send engineer to your factory to help fixing the machine.
