HWASHI Six-Head Refrigerator Condenser Automatic Welding Machine is designed for welding the condenser. Besides, we can also provide the whole production line machine for condenser. The condenser production line machine including Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine, Bundy Tube Straightening and Cutting Machine, Bundy Tube Bending Machine, Condenser Welding Machine, Condenser bending machine, Tube End Expanding Machine and Tube end shrinking machine, etc. This high quality automatic refrigerator condenser cnc automatic welding machine is customized for welding condenser as well as wire mesh. According to the product specification provided by your company, and in order to increase efficiency and production rate, the machine is designed as two feeding fixture system, automatic wire feeding system, automatic mobile system, automatic welding system, and cooling system.

 

This multi-head spot welding machine adopts 6 welding heads and automatic feeding system. The operator only needs to put the material onto the feeder and press the start button, then the machine will conduct welding automatically. It is designed with single way double layer feeding system. The welding position could be set at random. The feeder will move front and back for welding. It is suitable for batch production of wire condenser. The effective welding width is 600mm while the effective welding length is 1500mm. The machine is equipped with double layer single side feeder.

Main Features

Row Welding Structure: 6 sets of welding electrodes are installed on the beam and equipped with slide guide that could move horizontally. It is convenient to adjust the distance of welding spot so it is suitable for welding the work pieces with different pinch. The welding program of row welding electrode is flexible and various kinds of welding programs are available. So you could choose to weld from the middle to the sides or from the sides to the middle or single welding. Truly achieve the stable, reliable and good consistency of welding effect.

 

 

Welding Power Source

Adopt medium frequency inverter welding source. Single power source is 160KVA. Duty cycle rate reaches 50%. The three-phase power supply is under rectifying through a special inverter and converted to1000Hz AC voltage and then be transmitted to a medium frequency transformer to be rectified so as to provide DC welding current. Compare with general AC pulse power supply, this kind of power source could be fast and precisely adjusted. Small impact to the power grid and lower requirement for the power grid compare with the single-phase welder of the same capacity.

Q1: What is the price of your machine?
Answer: our machines are customized for your requirements. If you want to get the appropriate price, please provide us the following information.

* It would be better if you can provide us the detailed product drawings so our engineer can come out with the suitable

Q2: What is the warranty period of your machine?
Answer: our standard warranty period is one year after shipment. If you want to extend the warranty period, there will be extra cost.

Q3: What if my machine damaged doing the warranty period?
Answer: firstly, our engineer will help you to diagnose the problem via online guidance. if any parts damaged during the warranty period, we will send the parts to you for replacement free of charge. If you can not fix he problem by replacement of the new parts, we will send engineer to your factory to help fixing the machine.

Q4: What is the delivery time of your machine?
Answer: it depends on the complexity of your machine. Most of our standard machine we got in stock, then we can shape the machine with the seven days after receiving your payment. If you need the Customized machine, normally it would take about 30-90 days to complete the machine.

Q5: Can we send the sample to you for welding test?
Answer: yes. You can send us the samples for welding test and we will send you the pictures and videos after the testing. If you need, we can also send the samples back to your country so you can check the welding quality by yourself before ordering the machine.

Q6: Can you provide us the machine drawings and technical proposal?
Answer: yes. After receiving your detailed requirement and product drawings, our engineer will come out with the suitable
technical proposal with the basic machine concept drawings to you. Be size after you placing the order we will send you the more detailed design drawings of the machine to you for confirmation. Only after you confirming the drawings then we will start the manufacturing process.

Q7: How can we install the machine?
Answer: for some simple machines we will provide you the english operation manual, the operation video and also we will provide you the online guidance and training to your engineer so you can set up the machine easily. For some complicated machines, we will send engineer to your country to help installation and training. But there will be extra cost for Engineer, including the salary,visa cost, round-trip ticket cost, and accommodation fee will be covered by the buyer.
